Dress casually for this wonderful family event. You are encouraged dress in the colours of Christmas for an even more festive experience. (coincidentally Red, Green and Gold)
Rotary will provide limited seating for the event. However, you are welcome to bring your own low chairs and blankets for your comfort.
This event is a fundraiser for the many of Rotary’s community projects. We encourage you to support our food stalls and bar. We have tried to cater for all needs. Bringing food and drinks won’t be permitted at the venue and unauthorised vending is not allowed.
The gates will be open from 3 pm.
Parking at the venue will be limited. There will be a Park-and-Ride shuttle system operating between Morne Rouge and Rotary Park from 3 pm.

Rotary will accommodate the infirm and physically challenged as best as possible given the undulating surface of the area. Ideally, if you message us ahead, we can make special provision for access and parking.
